Ahhh... Hollis! I've loved this guy since the first book, so it's fitting that I got his story last! And what a journey it was!

He’s hot. Like, stop breathing kind of hot with his killer body, vivid blue eyes, and constant five o’clock shadow.

Did I mention his body?

Watching Hollis Knightly, Olympic diving gold medalist, man-pony specialist—and cocky bastard—stand up on the diving platform in nothing but a small piece of Spandex? Yeah, I’m beguiled.
And easily seduced.

I want to keep things light but he won’t leave me alone. And hell, if he’s not wearing me thin.

What is supposed to be a simple summer fling with a very hot man, has now morphed into a f*cked-up mess of feelings, attachment, and dare I say it…love. But I don’t do relationships. And Hollis Knightly does.

Each book in the Stroked series has touched me in some way, and even though Hollis came across as the cocky jokester of the trio, he's also sweet and sensitive! He made me swoon over and over as he tried to win over Melony, the quiet, anti-relationship make-up artist. It was an amusing and moving read that I didn't want to end!

Right from the opening chapter, Hollis had his heart set on winning Melony over. He was upfront with his attentions and even though she pushed him away, he continued to contact her for months! He was so funny, giving her absurd pet names and saying inappropriate things, but I loved his ridiculous personality!

Melony was a little withdrawn, and after a while I understood why. It was sad to see how one relationship with a man she loved destroyed whatever hope she had for a partner in the future. The more time that she spent with Hollis allowed her to open up and for him to see the real reason for why she was hesitant.

I'm all about the chase when it comes to developing relationships, and Hollis is the master of wooing a girl! These two were hot together, and he showed Melony over and over that he meant business and had no intention of backing down. They both had demons in their pasts that they were hesitant to face and the guilt held them back. Hollis also showed a softer side, and that moment made my chest ache for him, especially during the biggest event of his life.

Meghan Quinn has won me over one again with her witty writing style and her perfectly-flawed characters. I loved the way this story wrapped up with a couple of Epilogues... one was perfect, and I had a feeling that was happening, and the other... karma bit someone in the butt! This was a fitting end to the series, and I'm sad it is all over! I'm eager for my next Meghan fix, to see what she has in store for us next!

I have a link up for everyone at the bottom of the post you can add your swoons to, and I’ll set it up every week! So tell all other swooners out there to come on over, link up so we can visit each other! ***

Hollis was just amazing! I love how sweet he is and he's the commitment type of guy.

“Tell me why you like reading romance novels.”
“Easy.” I lean forward and say, “It’s a brief glimpse into the woman’s psyche. For the most part, romance novels are written by women, which is a clutch for us men, because we’re able to take these fantasies of being fucked up against a wall, or fingered under the table at dinner, or eaten out on the counter of the kitchen and turn them into a reality.”

If you were any other guy, I would say have some fun. But I know you. You become attached and I don’t want to see you get hurt again.”
“It’s too fucking late,” I huff out. “I’m already attached. Shit.”

Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if “It’s Raining Men” starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped.

Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing… enter her first novel, Caught Looking.

Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!
